I came home from work to find my apartment dark and a blindfold immediately put on my eyes. I decided just to go along with it as he guided me down to the car, smiling at his excited laugh. I judged by the length of the drive that we were headed to the airport. This was his favorite way to surprise me. When he finally took off the blindfold, I gasped at the tickets taking us to Hawaii.
