WonHundred Word Wednesday

It's that time again! I missed last week because I was moving but I'm excited to participate this week.

It was opening day. I’d waited for this for so long. My heart beat rapidly in excitement as I saw the crowds of people that entered the store. Was the store ready? Did I have enough books? How would everyone react? I shook the doubts out of my head. This was my time to shine. I would worry later. I pushed my way forward toward the mayor so that we could cut the ribbon and open my brand new bookstore. The only words going through my head at that time were, “This is what happens when you follow your heart.”
